I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. We work hard to ensure your items are ready as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

On average, shipping takes between 5-10 business days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or adverse weather conditions may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carrier issues. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, and any delays or delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL” at info@mychopease.com. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you entered an incorrect address, don’t worry! Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address, and we’ll update it for you within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can make the change before your order ships.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We take great care in securely packaging each item, but occasionally, items may arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping. If this happens, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide your order number.

  2. Include a clear photo of the damaged product.

Once we have the necessary information, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. We are here to make things right!
